Terms of service

These terms govern your use of vivi.pk and any order you place with us. By using this store or placing an order, you accept them.

Who we are

vivi.pk is operated by Vivi, 20-K.M off Ferozepur Road, Packages Drain, Atta Bakhsh Road, opposite Zainal Textile, Lahore, Pakistan.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products

Vivi sells in limited editions. A piece that has sold out will usually not be restocked. We photograph our pieces in daylight and describe fabric honestly, but screens vary and a small difference in colour is possible.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never apply to an order already placed and confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund any payment taken — where a piece is out of stock, where a price or description was listed in error, where we cannot verify a cash-on-delivery order, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Cash-on-delivery orders must be confirmed by WhatsApp or phone before we dispatch them.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available up to Rs. 25,000. Orders above Rs. 25,000 must be prepaid. Bank transfer is available on request.

Delivery terms, charges and timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Exchanges

Vivi is exchange-only. You pay to send a piece back. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Full terms are in our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — photographs, prints, designs, text, the Vivi name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store unlawfully, to place fraudulent or malicious orders, to interfere with its operation, or to extract its content by automated means.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, civil disruption, courier network failure or changes in law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
