Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Vivi collects when you use vivi.pk, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal fog.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and what you ordered. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the content of that conversation.
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies on our Shopify storefront.
- Marketing preferences: whether you have asked to hear from us, and how you respond when we get in touch.
Why we use it
- To take, confirm, pack and deliver your order
- To confirm cash-on-delivery orders by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch
- To answer your questions and handle exchanges
- To tell you about new drops, if you have asked us to
- To understand which pieces and pages people respond to, so we make better clothes
- To detect fraudulent orders and reduce failed deliveries
- To run and measure advertising on Meta
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the businesses that make the shop work, and only with what they need:
- Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders
- Our courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver to you
- Our payment provider — to process prepaid payments
- Meta — to run and measure advertising, if you visit our store or interact with our ads
- WhatsApp — for order confirmation and customer service
- Legal authorities — where we are required by law to do so
Some of these providers operate outside Pakistan, which means your information may be stored or processed abroad.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else we keep only as long as we have a reason to.
Your choices
- Marketing: unsubscribe from any email, or reply STOP to any SMS, or simply tell us on WhatsApp. We will stop.
- Access and correction: ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you, and correct anything wrong.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are legally required to keep transaction records.

Cookies
Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store — the cart in particular — will stop working properly.
Children
Our store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and our store runs over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will tell you.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be announced on the store.
