Our family has been manufacturing garments in Pakistan since 1999. In that time we have made over ten million pieces, including our children's wear label Cocobee, which grew to twenty-five stores across the country. Vivi is designed and made on our own floor.

We release in named editions a few times a year rather than adding stock continuously. Each edition is cut in a set quantity. If a piece sells out, join the waitlist and you will hear first if it returns.

Dry clean is recommended for embroidered and silk pieces. Cotton pieces can be hand washed cold, separately, and dried in shade. Iron on low heat, and never directly over embroidery. Care instructions for each piece are on its product page.

Usually not. Editions are cut once. If a style does return it is announced to the waitlist first.

Every piece is stitched and ready to wear, in Small, Medium and Large.

Use the size guide. Measure a piece you already own and like the fit of, rather than measuring yourself. It is more reliable. If you are between two sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we will tell you which one to take.

We shoot in daylight and do not retouch colour. Screens still vary, so a small difference is possible. If the colour is not what was shown, message us within 48 hours and we will sort it out.

Six eau de parfums, 100ml each, at 5,900 PKR. The notes for each one are listed on its product page.

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to Rs. 25,000. Orders above that are prepaid only. Bank transfer is available on request. For COD orders we send a WhatsApp confirmation within a few minutes of your order, and we do not dispatch until it is confirmed, so please reply.

Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 10,000 and above. Below that a flat Rs. 200 applies, calculated at checkout.

We dispatch within 3 to 5 business days of a confirmed order. Delivery then takes a further 2 to 5 business days depending on your city. Expect the later end of that range during a drop launch.

You will get a WhatsApp message with your tracking link as soon as the parcel is booked with the courier, and a reminder the day before it is due to arrive.

Yes we do ship to the US, the UK and Canada.

7-day exchange, no refunds. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. You pay to send the piece back; original shipping is not refunded. Full detail is in our Return and Exchange Policy.

Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If we sent the wrong piece or it arrived faulty, we replace it. You pay to send the piece back.
